Quality is our priority and this is why we use seasonal, fresh and locally sourced vegetables, while our fish supply is sushi-graded. This way we can make sure you are served only the best.
To limit as much as we can our impact to the fragile ecosystem of Gili Trawangan when it comes to rubbish management, there is no plastic with your Pokemu delivery or takeaway order. All our packaging and cutlery are made of sugarcane bagasse and are home-compostable!
